From Tegel airport to Berlin

The Tegel airport is a modern building that satisfies all passenger needs. The connections to Berlin City center are frequent, so you don’t need to worry about waiting a lot or long waiting queues. If you choose to go by bus you can take the TXL Express Bus that drives you till Alexanderplatz. The average riding time is 37 minutes and the current fare is 2.8 Euros. If you choose to go by taxi the price will obviously rise, the cost can be around 30 Euros. Unfortunately, there is no train connection directly inside the airport but luckily the express bus has one stop at the main train station ( Hauptbahnhof) after 30 minutes ride. How to get to Tegel Airport

There are 5 terminals in Tegel Aiport, from A to E. If you are coming from the north, you should take the A111 motorway. If you come from the south, it is better you take the A100 and then the A111 motorway. There are a total of 2500 parking spaces near the terminals, as well as special places for disabled people. Please also consider that another good option for transporting is car sharing. Two popular options are DriveNow and car2go, which are located near the ARWE petrol stations.
